Our family's diet is very simple. There is no nutritionist's menu that is popular today, nor any complicated calorie calculation methods. We only need to stick to a few basic concepts.
1) Avoid refined food full of sugar and starch
2) Try to eat original food and eat less processed food products
3) Try to eat foods that are in season
4) Eat three meals a day, and breakfast is a must
5) You can eat anything and everything, as long as it's balanced, don't say "quit" a food easily
Counting how many calories or nutrients you eat at every meal every day, seriously, how is this possible in reality? Is there any joy in life if you do so?
