內容營銷（marketing）跟銷售（selling）是不一樣，大家都是想增加生意額。很多公司只做銷售就以為等於已經做了marketing（營銷）。有些公司沒有花時間去做營銷，認為營銷太慢了，我公司要的是即時生意額，否則自己職位不補；或甚至不知道甚麼是營銷。營銷是第二梯隊，營銷需要時間培養客戶對品牌的認知和認同。很多公司只做廣告，如在面X賣廣告，但越是賣，生意越是跌。因為魚塘的魚已經捕得七七八八，但自己認為或被營業員遊說只是廣告力度不夠，要加碼賣廣告，試問魚塘的魚已經捕得七七八八，多幾個網可以把漁獲增加嗎？
