Content marketing is a form of marketing focused on creating, publishing, and distributing content for a targeted audience online. It is often used by businesses in order to achieve the following goals: attract attention and generate leads, expand their customer base, generate or increase online sales, increase brand awareness or credibility, and engage an online community of users.

Content marketing attracts new customers by creating and sharing valuable free content. It helps companies create sustainable brand loyalty, provides valuable information to consumers, and creates a willingness to purchase products from the company in the future.

Content marketing starts with identifying the customer's needs. After that, the information can be presented in a variety of formats, including news, video, white papers, e-books, infographics, email newsletters, case studies, podcasts, how-to guides, question and answer articles, photos, blogs, etc.

Content marketing requires continuous delivery of large amounts of content, preferably within a content marketing strategy.

網路營銷涵蓋唔同類型嘅社交媒體平台,例如Facebook、Instagram、YouTube、微博、微信同Pinterest等。由於製作好嘅內容會喺各個社交媒體流通同推廣,而唔同平台有唔同特點,所以即使內容一樣,喺唔同渠道推出可能都有唔同反響。如果想喺各個平台都做好ContentMarketing,營銷人員必須熟悉每種社交媒體嘅特點,並加以善用推廣。

內容營銷(Content Marketing)是針對特定群創造和發佈內容的營銷方式(Marketing style),透過網上不同平台發佈跟品牌相關的資訊,吸引消費者點擊和購買。企業和推廣公司商討營銷目標和渠道,發放有價值的內容,加深消費者對品牌和產品的印象。

內容營銷(marketing)跟銷售(selling)是不一樣,大家都是想增加生意額。很多公司只做銷售就以為等於已經做了marketing(營銷)。有些公司沒有花時間去做營銷,認為營銷太慢了,我公司要的是即時生意額,否則自己職位不補;或甚至不知道甚麼是營銷。營銷是第二梯隊,營銷需要時間培養客戶對品牌的認知和認同。很多公司只做廣告,如在面X賣廣告,但越是賣,生意越是跌。因為魚塘的魚已經捕得七七八八,但自己認為或被營業員遊說只是廣告力度不夠,要加碼賣廣告,試問魚塘的魚已經捕得七七八八,多幾個網可以把漁獲增加嗎?

Content marketing is a marketing style that creates and publishes content for specific groups. It publishes brand-related information through different online platforms to attract consumers to click and buy. Enterprises and promotion companies discuss marketing goals and channels, distribute valuable content, and deepen consumers' impression of brands and products.

Content marketing is different from selling, everyone wants to increase business. Many companies only do sales and think that they have already done marketing. Some companies don't spend time on doing marketing, thinking that marketing is too slow, my company wants instant business, otherwise I will lose my job; or they don't even know what marketing is. Marketing is the second echelon, and marketing takes time to cultivate customers' awareness and recognition of the brand. Many companies only advertise, such as selling advertisements on social media, but the more they spend on advertisements, the more their business declines. Because the fish in the fish pond has already been caught almost completely, but they think or are persuaded by the salesperson that the advertising is not enough, they need to increase the number of advertisements. Can more nets increase the catch?

內容營銷(content marketing)是不需要做廣告或做推銷就能使客戶獲得信息、瞭解信息、並促進信息交流的營銷方式。它通過印刷品、數字、音視頻或活動提供目標市場所需要的信息,而不是依靠推銷行為。
