After searching Google "Smoking reduces sexual desire", I found the following short paragraph.

Basically, I agree.
Because I was chatting with a man in his forties, who has been a smoker for decades. During the conversation, he seemed to have no great aspirations for sex and his sexual desire was probably very low, and he had no yearning for sex.
No matter which side of your sexual orientation you are, you should be very enthusiastic about it at this age.
When I learned that he had been a smoker as a teenager, this could explain why he didn't talk like a lecherous guy.
Of course, he still smokes a lot every day.
Whether he still has sexual desire or not is not known.
