Mixed Vegetables Curry is very alluring and enticing in appearance. There is a balance of taste and the curry flavor is strong enough. We do have an amazing impression when Hotel Amazing is located by us and after the dishes are served to us.
'Deep-fried Vegetable Spring Rolls' can also be fried with minimized amount of oil. We of course appreciate very much.
The above dishes are good companion of beer. In Myanmar, we order Myanmar Beer again. This is not our dinner, it is in fact our supper. It seems that we order beer in every meal. One of the reasons is that if we do not order beer, we also have to order bottled water.
Late at night, there are not many diners. Even during dinnertime, there are also not many diners. Hotel Amazing is a high-end hotel in Nyaung Shwe. The locals cannot afford and are not its target. In our observation, there are not too many tourists during our visit. Myanmar Government should do more to promote this place, its country and its tourism industry. Tonight we are not dining indoors but in an open-air pavilion on the bridge below. But we must have a dinner in this lovely restaurant in our stay of several days in Nyaung Shwe.
If you tell me this is a place in Thailand, I would believe without hesitation. There is a bridge over the canal.

In the Lonely
Planet, there are not many pictures of scenery, hotel and food. We do
not know and do not realize Hotel Amazing Nyaung Shwe is such an amazing
hotel. We cannot expect in the living standard of Nyaung Shwe (Inle
Lake), there is such a high-end boutique hotel.
Though we are not
very hungry after dinner, we still would like to visit Hotel Amazing
and finally have a supper. We of course cannot order too many dishes, as
the foods in the dinner in our stomach have not yet been fully
digested. We order beer and two other dishes, we have no confidence that
we can finish them all.
The Chefs in Hotel Amazing are
different, they have much better or outstanding cooking skill, at least
for the two dishes we ordered. The food standard is comparison to those
in Hong Kong. Or, it is better than some chefs in some hotels in Hong
Kong. It is definitely a discovery in our visit to Inle Lake. You are
highly recommended to stay in Hotel Amazing, or at least have a meal, no
matter whether it is breakfast, lunch, dinner or supper.
