Outlook is alluring.
Char-grilled Duck Breast in BQQ sauce ($52) is good in appearance, but duck breast is not fully cooked.
Grilled Cod Fish with Mushroom Buerre Blanc ($52) is a bit better.

Remarks: English menu is available and no 10% service charge at lunchtime.
Good appearance is not believable. This should be completely applied to Cactus.
We
do not want to Yum Cha at lunchtime. Cactus is quite close to MTR
Station. Its outlook is surely the main reason for us to choose Cactus.
We are allotted to a table for 2. At lunchtime, only lunch sets are
available. We of course order 2 sets, namely Char-grilled Duck Breast in
BQQ sauce and Grilled Cod Fish with Mushroom Buerre Blanc. Soup of the
Day and Set tea are included. The bill is $104.
Display of food
on the plate is quite good. But this does nothing with the taste, which
can barely get a pass. Besides, the duck breast is not fully cooked.
This is not acceptable when the lunch set is at $52. In terms of taste,
those in Café de Coral, MX and Fairwood Fast Food are far more
delicious.
From its outlook, we cannot realize the tables are
densely aligned. Of course, they would like to serve more customers at
the same time. Set lunch of such price is of such quality, I have no
expectation of its dinner. To be frank, Cactus has been deleted in my
dining list.
