It is anyway a good try of traditional Chiu Chow
food in Sheung Wan. No matter whether you are foreigner or not, you
should try this traditional food before it disappears.

friend suggests to eat the Chiu Chow dumplings in this Cooked Food
Centre in Sheung Wan. Tsang Kee should have been in Sheung Wan for a
long period of time. It is the first time for me to try such dumplings.
In fact, the dumplings have salty (Chinese Chives Dumpling, Radish
Dumpling and Ube Dumpling) and sweet taste (Sesame and Green Bean
Dumpling). Besides, there are also Chiu Chow sweet soups.
We
order 3 pieces of Chinese Chives dumplings and 3 pieces of Radish
Dumpling. From the appearance, they are not oily and look delicious. I
expect, in the first time to eat this dumpling, it would be delicious.
Though the surface is slightly pan-fried, it is a bit crispy but still
soft and sticky inside. However, the stuff (Chinese Chives and Radish)
is quite oily and a bit salty. If the stuff were not oily and salty,
Tsang Kee would be a very famous dumpling provider in Hong Kong.
The
price is really very cheap . Even though you do not like the dumplings
or Chiu Chow sweet soup afterwards, it costs less than $20 anyway. It is
suggested to share the food by several persons, or you cannot try more
dumplings in Tsang Kee. It is anyhow a good try of traditional Chiu Chow
food in Sheung Wan. No matter whether you are foreigner or not, you
should try this traditional food before it disappears.
