can survive in Tai Hang, where there are not many passers-by during any
time of a day. We buy the egg tarts to try and found that the taste has
not much difference from that of Tai Cheong Bakery in Central, or it is
95% similar. But the unit price is only $2 (buy 5 get 1 free), it is
$3.8 for that of Tai Cheong. This implies that reputation / word of
month / media / location is very important to the success of a product.
