This tray of
egg tarts is just taken out from the oven. It is very hot and the egg is
still swollen. A tray contains 42 pieces totally.
A closer look.
Left: There is a queue occasionally.
Right: The salesladies are very busy.
There are other kinds of Chinese cake. It seems that not many customers are interested.

Thanks
for the afternoon meeting in Central, this gives me a chance to think
of Tai Cheong Bakery and try its renowned egg tart (egg custard tart).
There is no need to try other cakes in the bakery. Nearly all the
customers would buy the egg tarts only. Since it was so famous that Hong
Kong Last Governor Mr. Chris Patten (Peng Dingkang) was also its super fan.
The
unit price of egg tart is $3.8 (formerly $3.5). Customers are willing
to queue up and buy them for their tea time. It is highly suggested to
try this delicious Hong Kong style Egg Tart.
