Eggs Florentine with Spinach & Bacon $60 has an alluring outlook.
Hollandaise Sauce and pouched egg are the most important ingredients. Bacon on English Muffin is a bit dry.
Omelette Geneva w/ Bacon, Swiss, Mushroom & Chicken Sausage $70.
The omelette comes in very large portion and is very juicy with strong
delicious flavor of cheese.
Grits (in white bowl) in fact is a plain congee. Its taste is of course not similar to congee in the East.
Left: Cranberry juice cannot be fresh. It is still tasty.
Right: Lemonade is a mixture of fresh juice, sugar and water. It is recommended to try though it is not good in appearance.

Delicious!!
We
order “Eggs Florentine w/ Spinach & Bacon, Baked Beans & Garden
Salad $60” and “Omelette Geneva w/ Bacon, Swiss, Mushroom, Chicken
Sausage, Grilled Tomato, Wheat Toast & Grits $70”. Drinks are
Cranberry Juice and Lemonade. The bill is $143 (average per head $72).
It
is undeniable that the foods are delicious and above average. The most
important ingredients of Eggs Florentine are Hollandaise Sauce (which is
a cheese-like sauce) and pouched egg. For Omelette Geneva, it is in
very large portion and very juicy with strong delicious
flavor of cheese . Waiters and waitresses are nice and good manner.
Maybe, there are not many diners in late afternoon. Surely, we would
visit The Flying Pan again and would try other items, like waffles ($15 -
$60) and sandwiches ( $20 - $45).
