“Stinky
Tofu $6” is not very stinky, which is the flavor we prefer. Tofu
surface is very crispy, but the inner part is still spongy. Together
with mustard and chili sauces, it becomes the best Stinky Tofu
available. Its color is a bit lighter than that in our memory.
The surface is crispy, inner content is spongy.
Sweet and Chili Sauces. There is also Yellow Mustard Sauce.
Chuen Cheong is a very small food stall. The girl on the left has poor eating manner.

Cheong would be introduced by the media irregularly mainly because of
its location in Wanchai. It is only a small food shop. The famous items
include Curry Cuttlefish 咖哩魷魚and Stinky Tofu臭豆腐. Stinky Tofu is of
yellow color lighter than the one we see in those shops in Mongkok. When it is freshly and fully fried,
it must be delectable. To be a member of Hong Kong local food and a part
of Hong Kong culture, it is worthwhile to have a try.
