pieces of shark’s fin and cabbages. Broth taste is good. Other diners
also order this item. We cannot expect more.
Baked
Fish Head with Ginger, Green Onion and Clams 薑蔥蜆介焗魚雲$58 is the best
item in the meal. Besides the mentioned ingredients, onion and Citrus
skin 果皮are added to enhance the taste of fish head. The taste is very much better than and different from that in other restaurants. It is recommended to try in your next visit.
Salty Baked Chicken 東江鹽焗雞 $78. Fresh chicken is adopted. Its chicken
is not so delicious as that in Chuen Cheung Kui, but taste is already
good.
"Crowd" is a small restaurant with pictures of dishes stuck onto the
wall. It is not only a "men" restaurant, OL looking ladies are also its
diners.

Restaurant is only a small restaurant. It is nicely decorated and gives
us a comfortable feeling. We arrive in the evening and there are several
diners only. 4 dishes ordered are “Braised Shark's Fin with
cabbage in broth 紅燒菜膽翅$38”, “Chinese Kale 白灼芥蘭$35”, “Baked Fish Head
with Ginger, Green Onion and Clams 薑蔥蜆介焗魚雲$58” and “Salty Baked Chicken

Since
we request less oil in cooking our foods, it really turns out less oil
in all dishes. This gives us a good impression. Waiter and waitress are
nice, we appreciate they have no hard sell to us. All items are tasty,
particularly Baked Fish Head with Ginger, Green Onion and Clams 薑蔥蜆介焗魚雲. Price is comparatively high. It is the restaurant we would visit again.
