"Soup
Noodle with Spicy Sesame Sauce and Fish $28". Fish and noodle are
served separately. Fish has absorbed a lot of sauce, resulting that it
is very delicious and juicy, though totally there are 4 fish slices.
Noodle taste, texture and soup are not so good as fish slices, but they are still good.
Smoked Fish
"Shanghai
Pork Chop $14" is the signature item, nearly all tables would have
ordered one or two pieces. It is a bit crispy on the pork chop surface.
In view of frozen material, the quality of pork chop is quite
outstanding. We prefer this pork chop to the one in Tung Kee Shanghai Noodle in Tai Po.
"Pan Fried Dumpling with Leek and meat $18" is slightly pan-fried, with the use of minimum amount of oil. Taste is good.

Sometimes,
it is difficult to decide where to dine in Tin Hau. There are in fact
too many choices. It is late at night; it is not good to eat too much.
When we pass by Shun Fung, it is quite strange that this small noodle shop is full. We decide to have a try.
We
intentionally order less this time, including "hanghai Pork Chop",
"Soup Noodle with Fish in Spicy Sesame Sauce", "Vegetable with Oyster
Sauce" and "Pan Fried Dumpling with Leek". The bill is $70 (average per
head $35) . This is an unexpected low spending.
It
is really a coincidence to meet this small food shop. Checking the food
record, the chef (a young guy of about 40) had worked in Megan's
Kitchen before. This may be the reason why the chef can prepare foods
orderly with the maintenance of food
quality and taste. In view of the comparatively low average spending,
the foods are value for money and it is worthwhile to try again in Shun
Fung. If it improves its shop outlook a bit, it can increase its price
by at least 50% .
