Naan with Curry Sauce is an unexpectedly outstanding item. It is the
first time we meet the naan in such shape. It is highly suggested to
order in your next meal.
Toasted Bun with Pork Chop is a very good item. Together with curry
sauce (served with the naan), the overall taste would be further
enhanced.
Chicken
Wings in Zhen Jiang Sauce Dinner Set $45 includes Today Soup and a
plain rice (if ordered separately, chicken wings $38, today soup $10 and
plain rice $5). Totally, there are 8 pieces of chicken wing. The
appearance is not very attractive , chicken wings are deeply fried in oil before they mixed with the sauce; it is simple, tasty but not special.
Vegetable in Fish Soup
Toasted Bun with Butter and condensed Milk is delicious as usual. The hot toasted bun, butter and milk match perfectly.

From the restaurant outlook, it should be a member of Tsui Wah Group.
But it is not a member in Tsui Wah Website. Anyway, Wah Hong is in fact a
modernized Cha Chaan Teng, which is a representative in Hong Kong
Catering Field.
Maybe,
this Wah Hong is not located in a busy street like Johnston Road; the
restaurant is not full in dinner rush hours. Scrutinizing the menu for a
while, we order "Toasted Bun with Butter and condensed Milk $10",
"Chicken Wings in Zhen Jiang Sauce Dinner Set $45", "Vegetable in Fish Soup $15",
"Naan with Curry Sauce $20" and "Toasted Bun with Pork Chop $16". The
bill is $106 (average per head $53).
We
are satisfied (with credit) with the food quality in Wah Hong. In such
low price and in such high level of delicacy, we have no more demand on
further improving its food quality. We surely would re-try in Wah Hong
for those dishes we have not yet tried.
