Pork Chop with Rice should be the signature dish in Kam Shing, nearly
this item is ordered by each table. Frankly, appearance is alright. No
tenderizer has been added to pork chop (as I can sense whether
tenderizer has been added to meat) . Overall taste is average as well.
Fried Noodle in Shanghai Style is average too.

friend has tried in Kam Shing (KS) with positive comment and said Ah So
also recommended it. OK, we try in KS today. The layout of KS is a
typical Cha Chaan Teng. During lunchtime, it is nearly full. We order 2 lunch sets, namely Baked Pork Chop with Rice 焗豬扒飯and Fried Noodle in Shanghai Style 上海粗炒. The bill is $59.
In
view of the number of diners in lunchtime, its average food quality
should not be bad. In our experience this time, it is only an average
Cha Chaan Teng. I have not read any comment of KS by Ah So, today
experience should not be so good as her comment. In fact, there are other choices at reasonable price in the same street.
