Rice with Sharks' Fin 魚翅撈飯 $28 is a small surprise, as we do not expect there is such a gimmick rice in this restaurant. A lot of small sharks' fin are placed on top of
rice (which is cooked with chicken soup). We appreciate this rice very
much.
Pork Meat Roll 家鄉手捲肉 58 is a traditional Hakka dish. The taste is quite like spam meat. It is better to be shared by 4 persons.
Braised duck in Pot 家鄉炆米鴨煲 $58 is a tasty dish. Apart from duck meat,
there are also mushrooms and pigskin. It is a good item to eat with
rice.
It takes a long time for the chef to prepare "Stuffed Tofu in Hakka
Style 客家釀豆腐 $50". Appearance is not too attractive, but the taste is not
bad.

Tower (ET) is a restaurant name, which gives us curiosity. Maybe, it is
not conveniently located; ET is not full during peak hours at night. ET
is nicely decorated; there is a strong feel of Chinese restaurant. The
tables are not densely aligned; it is not a noisy dining environment. The
waitresses are well trained and nice, we have a good first impression.
The
food price is not expensive in view of its location in Wanchai, this is
a small surprise. Even so, we have not ordered more than enough dishes
because of this reason. In fact, there are a lot dishes we want to try
(but there are not too many Hakka dishes). We therefore sacrifice green
vegetable in the meal. We order 3 dishes and rice in soup. The bill is
$242.
Overall food quality is above average, but cannot be described as
outstanding. If you want to have a nice and leisure dining experience,
ET should be your choice.
