King
Prawn with Sirloin Steak 大蝦西冷扒. Two big pieces of Sirloin and a king
prawn are above average in taste . We cannot expect too much from a
dinner set at such price in Central. In fact, one piece of Sirloin is
already enough.

Steamed Chicken with Ginger and Green Onion 薑汁霸王雞. It is unanticipated that the chicken is fresh.
The ingredients (ginger, green onion and soy sauce) match perfectly.
Green River (GR) is serious in serving its food; we would also treat GR
seriously by visiting again.

We do not know the reason why this toast is served with our dinner sets. But the waiter said "It is correct."

These
years, if no booking is made, it is not possible to have a good dinner
in Central (of course, we are talking about the restaurants serving
tasty foods). In Stanley Street, we see a seems-to-be-new cha chaan teng and decide to have a try. There are not many diners in
dinnertime. After scrutinizing the menu, it is better to order 2 dinner
sets (soup, plain rice and set drink are included). The bill is $104.
We
are lucky that the food quality in quite high in this cha chaan teng,
and is comparable to those of good restaurants. Maybe, Green River (GR)
is newly opened in Central. It has to create words of month. When we ask
the cashier whether GR is also a member of Tsui Wah (TW) Group, she said “GR is a group of its own and has no connection with TW”.
