Chicken
Pizza in BBQ sauce & Sausage Pizza $108. A waitress is kind enough
and suggests us to order half – half. This enables us to try 2 tastes in
one price. Chicken pizza is good, but taste of sausage pizza is quite
strange. Maybe , we are not accustomed to the sausage taste.
Fettuccine
Nere (Pasta blackened with squid ink is sautéed with fresh prawns,
cream sauce and cognac) 鮮蝦墨魚汁闊麵$130 is very hot when it is served. The
creamy sauce is very tasty, which impresses us very much. Pasta itself (
though it is home-made) is average only and not bouncy. Prawn should
be not fresh as the texture is quite artificial. It is anyway an item
with “heart”.

We
have not dined in Admiralty for a long time. Every time we walk pass
Grappa's in Pacific Place, it is always crowded with foreigners. It is
therefore decided to dine in a restaurant serving western foods.
Grappa's is an Italian restaurant of not large area , and is divided into drinking and dining sections. Strictly speaking, the environment is not very comfortable.
There
are many options of pasta and pizza in Grappa's menu, it is also true
for desserts and wines. We only order a pasta and a pizza. The bill is
$262 (average per head $131). Frankly, food taste is average only. Food materials are not of high grade as well. There is sufficient number of
waitress to serve diners. Service is very good. Even though we do not
order many items, they still give you a warm feeling.
For restaurant in Admiralty, Madison's Restaurant & Bar is much
better. But average spending in Madison’s is at least two times
higher.
