Pan-fried Tooth Belt is not difficult to pan-fry. As long as the fish is fresh, this dish would be a tasty one.
Baby Clams $20 has not been ordered and eaten for a long time. The portion is not big, it is quite a good appetizer.
Bitter Gourd & Sparerib in Soup is a typical soup in chiu chow style. In short, the whole bowl of soup is in our stomachs.
Goose Wings and Feet are marinated with good taste, but are a bit
bony. It is therefore suggested to order sliced goose meat instead.
Baby Oyster Congee. The oysters are fresh, and do not have a flavor of fishiness.

Some good restaurants are hidden in residential area. Ning Fat is a
good example, which is a representative of delectable Chiu Chow foods
but at reasonable price.
Ning
Fat (NF) is a local style restaurant located in residential area of
Prince Edward. At night, all shops in the street are closed. NF is the
only shop with lighting. It is not usual that a Chinese restaurant would
be opened in such environment. Even so, there are still 4 tables of diners. Because of curiosity, we want to have a try.
We
order totally 5 dishes, the bill is $160. We are surprised that food
quality is very high. To be frank, it is even higher than the quality in
quite a lot of other Chiu Chow restaurants. If not because of the
typhoon, there must be a lot of diners in NF.
Service is average and old guys of more than 50 serve us. We must
re-try in Ning Fat. Restaurants of high quality are scattered unevenly
in Hong Kong. It is only a problem whether you are willing to spend time
in the searching.
