Island
Shangri-la is 5 Stars hotel. We have learnt that Café Too buffet is
very outstanding for a long time, and finally decide to have a try in
October. We have made booking several days before; for fear that
reservation cannot be made on the date requested (Thursday).
Café
Too is completely full. There are also foreign diners, but local diners
account for more than 80%. The restaurant is divided into seven cooking
theatres, namely Chinese cuisine, western cuisine, Indian curry,
dessert, sashimi, seafood, and salad. Food
quality and freshness are unquestionable. For each cooking theatre,
there are many many choices. It must be value for money, if you can eat
all dishes in the restaurant. In view of expensive items, like lobster,
abalone, shark fins, Japanese crab, I am sorry that all of these are not available.
Even
so, it is equitable to say that the buffet in Café Too is already very
good. We cannot expect more in such hotel, in such interior decoration,
with such food freshness, taste and quality, with such wide variety and
in such price ( ~$400). There are too many dishes in the buffet, this time the blog
would be divided into several parts. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
