Prawn Fritters 炸蝦餅 $22 is of course crispy on surface, but still soft and juicy inside.
Stir-fried
Flat Noodle with Thai Sausage 乾炒扎肉河粉$30. We request to stir-fry this
noodle with the minimum amount of oil. It turns out to be so, and has
not affected the overall taste. We like this stir -fried flat noodle.
Roasted Chicken Rice with Soup 燒雞飯 $30. Roasted chicken meat looks tasty and is tasty, but the rice is only a plain rice.
Hainanese
Chicken Rice with Soup 海南雞飯$30. De-boned chicken is fresh / delicious
and surely not chilled. Rice has a nice flavour of chicken soup, but not
oily.

Thai
Flavour (TF) should be a new restaurant in Spring Garden Lane, which
has a bright and attractive orange colour outlook. It is a very small
restaurant, and can accommodate less than 20 diners at the same time.
The boss and most servers are Thai, they communicate with one another in Thai language. We assume their food would be closer to original taste.
We
are in short of time; we only order 2 plates of rice, fried noodle,
prawn fritters and vegetable. The bill is $124 (average per head $42).
Besides, TF should not be a place to order a lot of dishes. It is really too small in size, and also not a place to chat. Food
quality is above average. Price is reasonable. For quick lunch or
dinner, and to try tasty chicken, TF should be your choice.
