"The Life of Audrey Hephurn (柯德莉夏萍)" is placed on the piano. She
should be the idol of Cafe's owner. For information, please click

Spinach Soup (Back) and Mushroom Soup (Front) are surely not from canned soups. They are natural, warm and ready to drink.

Soup serves with a basket of bread (still hot and not small in size). There is no need to order extra bread.

The baguette is quite big in size.

A
baguette comes with Parma ham, sliced succulent tomato, sliced
cucumber and Mozzarella Cheese (水牛芝士) with black pepper. The baguette is
still hot & crispy on surface. They are perfect match. Because of
black pepper, this baguette becomes a very outstanding one.

Chocolate cake serves with vanilla ice cream $25. It is not too sweet.

Courtesy free water is served.

Tonight,
there are not too many diners; totally (including us) there are 8
diners only. Pumpernickel Bakery Café (PBC) is a small café only, and
can accommodate about 20 diners at the same time. The whole café gives
us a leisure and cozy feeling.
We
have not ordered the dinner sets (which are priced from $75 to $92),
but order sandwich, soup and cake. The bill is $143 (average per head
$72). Pumpernickel is an expert in homemade bread and is strong in
bread, panini and
salad . Waitresses are nice. If time allows, you may chat in the café
until it is closed. You are recommended to try in your next visit in Tin
Hau. FYI, it is heard that Pumpernickel in Tin Hau is the best among
the five outlets.
