Front: Mango Napoleon, Back: Strawberry Napoleon @25

Originally,
we misunderstand that the only difference is the fruit on the top of
Napoleon. But in fact, in the middle layer, there are quite a lot of
fruit pieces mixing with custard. The custard is not too sweet as well.
All these mixing together result in a very tasty Napoleon.

Mimosa Patisserie is inside a shopping mall. It is easy to be missed.

We
today suddenly think of the Napoleon of Mimosa after lunch and
therefore rush to buy in Mimosa. We are disappointed as there is only
one piece of Mimosa in the fridge. But the boss said there are more in
the bakery. We buy 2 pieces of Napoleon, mango and strawberry. Napoleon is of very good taste with 3
layers of crispy cake. It is not too sweet as well. $25.5 apiece is a
bit expensive and not reasonable.
Apart from the Napoleon, we guess other cakes in Mimosa are average
only. To me, I would not take such a risk. Or, if you can prove
otherwise, please inform me.
