Knuckle $88 is quite large in portion and can either be served as
steamed, baked and deep-fried. We select baked as we expect if the pork
knuckle is baked, it becomes less oily. Since pork knuckle is the
signature dish in Golden Castle ,
it is still in very high quality. Once it is served to our table, we
have already smelled the alluring flavor of baked meat (which is not
salty and optimum amount of seasonings has been added). You are
suggested to eat the knuckle with mustard sauce. The pigskin is very chewy, tasty, crunchy, and is also in rich supply of collagen.

Golden
Castle Special Fried Rice $78 is expected to be a tasty item
beforehand. When it is served to us, we do not think it is in the right
track. It is a hybrid. It is neither oriental nor western. The rice name
is surely misleading. The rice is a bit oily but portion is not small. With the
name of Golden Castle and at a price of $78, it should be more delicious
and in better quality.

Golden
Castle Restaurant (GC) is quite famous restaurant in Pat Heung. Today,
we have a chance to try again. GC is getting more beautiful after its
renovation (I do not know when it has been renovated). It is in fact
quite a comfortable restaurant. Servers are courteous, their pace is slow but attentive.
We
order 3 dishes and 2 drinks; the bill is $300 (average per head $150).
The pork knuckle is still at a very high standard. Other dishes are
average only. You are suggested to order curry dishes and ox tail in
your next try .
