Double
Layer Marble Cheese Cake $32 is the signature cake in Teresa Festival
and has 2 distinctive sensations in one bite. The top layer is a light
and soft creamy cheesecake. The bottom layer is a firm baked cheesecake
with a strong cheese flavor. The dark brown sheet at the end and the semi-hemisphere are velvety dark chocolate.
After finishing this piece of cheesecake, it seems I have eaten a plate
of pasta. I am full and fully satisfied.
L: Red Grape Juice $18, from Shloer - the sparkling juice drink, is
not too sweet, though it is not cold enough. It is free from
preservatives, artificial colors, sweeteners, and flavors.
Teresa Festival is a small cake shop. Online order is not accepted
now. If you want to order cake, you have to phone to the shop.

I
am very hungry and would like to try cake (but not to eat bread or
noodle) in the afternoon. I think of Teresa Festival in Wanchai. The
salesgirl introduces the signature double layer marble cheesecake to me.
Together with a bottle of sparkling red grape juice, the total is $50.
Red
grape juice is not too sweet though it is not cold enough. Cheesecake
is of high quality, or it would not be the signature cake. But it is
quite strange that the whole cake (7 inches) is priced at $300, but a
slice (1/8 of a whole cake) is at $32 only. There are assorted cakes of
smaller size at $23 apiece. You are suggested to try in-house or take
away.
