Green
Tea & Red Bean Pudding $22 is quite small in size (it should be at
least 30% larger in my opinion.). The flavor of green tea is too light,
to an extent that if you try the pudding by closing the eyes, you may not notice it is green tea flavor. In our mind, this dessert has no soul. There should be something missed.
It takes about 10 minutes to prepare 'Molten Chocolate Cake $30'. The
appearance is not bad, but it is better to be served in a white plate.
The cake is average.
'Sweeties Dessert' is a local dessert house, it has put effort and money in the design, particularly in the use of colors.

From
Bonham Road, we are attracted by the colorful outlook of Sweeties
Dessert (SD). Since we do not want to try in Yuen Kee Dessert at Centre
Street again this time, SD becomes our selection. SD is a local dessert
house, but it has put effort and money in the design, particularly in the use of
colors. In our observation, SD should be operated by 4 'young men'.
We
order 2 desserts; the bill is $52 (average per head $26). Basically the
desserts are not bad in appearance. The chefs have tried to present in
the best manner. But the desserts give us an impression that they have
no soul. The taste
cannot attain our expected level. It seems that the chefs only follow
the cooking instructions, but they themselves do not like cooking and
preparing desserts. Price is a bit high. Overall comment is that the
desserts are not value for money. Maybe, other desserts not yet tried would be better in quality.
