Blueberry Cheese Cake is not too sweet, the texture is creamy. It is
in fact a New York Cheese Cake with blueberry jam on the top. It would
be more tasty if the cheese flavor is stronger. But it is already very
good.
Double Chocolate Cake is alluring in appearance, the texture is in the
right softness. Its chocolate flavor can satisfy the demanding palate
of chocolate lover. It would be perfect if it is a bit less sweet (yes, a
bit only).

Today
afternoon, we select a table near the entrance. It is in fact a right
selection and also a right location of street view. Portobello is a
restaurant of comfortable environment . Lighting, decoration, setting
and background light music give us a relaxing Soho feeling . Foreigners in Soho always speak in lower pitch and volume. Even
though the distance between tables is quite near, we do not feel
disgusting.
The
waitress is experienced and nice. We order 2 afternoon tea sets. After
serving us the cakes and drinks, waitresses would not disturb until we
pay the bill. There are a wide variety of choices for cakes, drinks,
cocktails and wines. Quality of cakes is above average. Personally, I prefer the cakes in California Pizza Kitchen, which is devastating.
