Chicken & Mushroom Pie
The
pastry is freshly baked / very crispy and rich in butter flavor.
Several large pieces of chicken meat are braised with mushroom and spice
in thick creamy sauce. Wonderful!
Mash and Gravy
'Norwegian Smoked Salmon'. Cream cheese is spread over flat bread. It is a light snack.
It is topped with capers and chopped red onions.
Hot Lemon Tea and Kilkenny Beer (an Irish beer with a cream foam on the top, malt flavor is not too strong)

We
have afternoon tea in Soho again. This time we visit McSorley's Ale
House again. In the afternoon, there are not many diners. We can select a
table in the corner with street view. Pilipino server is nice and
professional.
We order drinks, snack and chicken pie (it is
freshly baked), average spending is $120. In a relaxing afternoon,
everything becomes good. The two dishes we order are much above average
in quality. There are no other diners in our vicinity; we are delighted
to have such an afternoon.
