Lijiang
River (Li River, 漓江), a river originating in the Mao'er Mountains in
Xing'an county in Guangxi (廣西), China, running past the cities of Guilin
(桂林) and Yangshuo (陽朔). Normally, for visit to Guilin, visiting Li River is a must. But for Li River, the portion in Yangshuo is the best.
Li River Cruise is the Gold Medal Winner of Hillman Wonders of the
World. Only the top 100 of the world's 100,000 travel attractions win
the gold.
It takes about one hour for the cruise, by boat-drifting.
There is a small island in the middle of Li River, selling deep-fried food stuff, fruit and souvenir.
