
Baked Rice with Pork Chop in Black & White Sauces is one of the signature items in Prince Kitchen. The appearance is appealing, it deserves to be the signature item.

Only several pieces of chicken is immersed in curry sauce. This is medium spicy level, it is quite spicy. Please be careful. The curry sauce is decent, delicious and should have been cooked with many ingredients in a long time. Two thumbs up!


Sweet corn is added to this cream sauce. Without the sweet corn, it should be much better.


This is the whole restaurant, occupying one shop in a local shopping centre in Tsuen Wan.

The restaurant is too packed
that it is not possible to talk without disturbing diners on next table. In
fact, the next table is having a distance of zero centimeter with ours. It is
full, we have to wait for about fifteen minutes. This does not matter, what we
look for is quality food, time is of second importance tonight.
Since the restaurant is too
mini, what they serve are mainly meal sets. We order pork chop and curry
chicken. In a local western restaurant, it does not mean that food quality is
not high. Frankly speaking, its food quality is much than a lot of so-called restigious
restaurants. The boss/chef Tony should be much appreciated. You are recommended
to try here, particularly if you are curry lover.
