Fried
Crab w/ Green Onion & Sliced Ginger is also large in portion. If
less salt and msg are added, it would be much better. Crab is definitely
fresh.
Steamed Shrimp.
Steamed
Spareribs w/ Bean Paste is claimed to be one of the signature items.
Yes, it is. Meat texture is natural and meat tenderizer should have not
yet been added.
Steamed chicken is average.
Steamed Mantis Shrimp. We can taste the original taste of shrimp. I definitely prefer those imported ones of larger size.
Cuttlefish Cake and Wonton are not oily, it is also claimed to be the signature item.
Steamed
Thread Fin w/ Preserved Black Paste. It is a fresh fish, bought in the
market. It is not a commonplace to buy fish of such large size. Frankly
speaking, they appreciate this fish more. Besides, two plates of
vegetable are ordered.

The
finish of today hiking is Tai O. We must take this opportunity to dine
in Tai O and would like to try in a new restaurant to us. We are
introduced to dine in Lin Heung. It is a local Chinese restaurant. Today
it is full, we do not know why there are so many diners tonight.
Because of this, we do have expectation on its products.
Apart
from the fried crab (which is a bit salty), other dishes are above
average, but with no surprise. Comparatively, Hoi Wan in Tai O is much
better in all aspects.
