Castle Peak Monastery is also called Tsing Shan Monastery. It is located at the west of Tuen Mun. From Tsing Shan Tsuen Station (青山村站) or Tsing Wun Station (青雲站) of the Lightrail, it takes less than one hour to walk to the monastery. The route is not too sleepy. From the monastery, we can overlook the Tuen Mun Town. In addition, the striking and picturesque surroundings create an enjoyable view as well as a solemn ambiance.
The Bruce Lee Way (李小龍徑)
The monastery has been constructed for more than 100 years, in different stages. It is graded as Grade I Historic building. In the monastery, there are many spots to visit, like Pui To Pagoda (杯渡寺), Pui To Cave, Tsing Wan Koon (青雲觀), Tsing Shan Temple and The Bruce Lee Way (李小龍徑).
No vegetarian meal is served in the monastery. For the whole visit to Castle Peak Monastery, it is suggested to spend 2.5 hours. Castle Peak Monastery
