Nam Cheong Estate (南昌邨) is named from nearby Nam Cheong Street, a main street in Sham Shui Po District. It consists of 7 residential blocks completed in 1989. In 2005, the estate was sold to tenants through Tenants Purchase Scheme Phase 6B.
All blocks are of 15 storey.
The land for constructing Nam Cheong Estate was reclaimed in 1977. This photo is taken from a private estate in Taikoktsui.
All blocks are in brownish yellow and white colours.
This is the park in the centre of Nam Cheong Estate. The estate does give me a peaceful and serene feeling.
