防癌食物:
1.番薯(含胡蘿蔔素)要煮熟不可生吃、皮含有害元素不要連皮吃;
2.番茄、西瓜(含茄紅素)。
Anti-cancer foods:
1. Sweet potatoes (containing carotene) must be cooked and not eaten raw. The skin contains harmful elements and should not be eaten with the skin;
