大理蒼山

中國大理蒼山在青藏高原南緣，橫斷山脈南端與滇中高原的接合部，地處三江水系分水嶺的復合地帶，是大理蒼山洱海國家級自然保護區、大理國家級風景名勝區的主要組成部分和世界地質公園，南北長48公里，東西寬約18公里，保護區總面積57710公頃。

蒼山，又名點蒼山，位於雲南省大理白族自治州，地跨大理市、漾濞縣、洱源縣3縣市，東臨洱海，長約50千米，寬約20千米，位於滇中高原和橫斷山區交界處，是雲嶺山脈的一部分，因蒼山山頂過去曾終年積雪不化，故名點蒼，南詔時代曾被冊封為雲南境內的中嶽。共有19個主要山峰，其海拔多在3500米以上，最高峰為馬龍峰海拔達4122米。每兩座山峰間的山谷有一條溪流，便是著名的十八溪。蒼山於2005年9月被國土資源部批准為國家地質公園，於2014年9月被聯合國教科文組織批准為世界地質公園。大理蒼山洱海景區已被列入聯合國教科文組織世界遺產預備名單。

Cangshan Mountain, located in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, is about 50 kilometers long and 20 kilometers wide.
It is located at the junction of the Central Yunnan Plateau and the Hengduan Mountains.
It is part of the Yunling Mountains, because the top of Cangshan Mountain used to be covered with snow all year round.
There are 19 major peaks, most of which are above 3,500 meters above sea level.
The highest peak is Malong Peak with an altitude of 4,122 meters.
There is a stream in the valley between every two peaks, which is the famous Shibaxi.
Cangshan Mountain was approved as a National Geopark by the Ministry of Land and Resources in September 2005, and a World Geopark by UNESCO in September 2014.
Dali Cangshan Erhai Scenic Area has been included in the UNESCO World Heritage Tentative List.
