Today I went to a new Western restaurant in Kowloon for afternoon tea and ordered drinks. My friend ordered pastries and drinks.
I went to the toilet, but found that there was no toilet. Why?
I went to the counter and asked the waiter. When I asked the waiter, "Why is there no toilet in the restaurant?"
He seemed to be a little scared. The waitress next to him, who must be the manager, interrupted and said that our toilet was out of order, so we asked the customer to go to a nearby McDonald's fast food restaurant.
I repeated, "It's impossible for a restaurant to have a toilet," and she said the toilet handle was broken.
There is no sign or picture on the toilet door indicating that this is a toilet.
The manager took the key to the toilet and told me to close the door later.
They simply don't want guests to use their toilets because they don't have to clean them, and it's now turned into a utility room.
Many restaurants are like this. If they don't operate restaurants in accordance with the law, the worst thing is for me to see through it with confidence.
Of course they all know the truth.
