潘展樂（2004年8月4日—），浙江省溫州市人，中華人民共和國男子游泳運動員，主攻自由式，2024年巴黎奧運以46.40秒的成績打破世界紀錄獲得自由式100公尺金牌。
2024年2月11日，潘展樂在2024年世界游泳錦標賽以46.80秒的成績打破100公尺自由式世界記錄，並在決賽中以47.53秒奪得男子100公尺自由式金牌。
2024年7月31日，潘展樂在巴黎奧運會以46.40秒的成績打破男子100公尺自由式世界紀錄，並獲得金牌。

Pan Zhanle (born August 4, 2004), a native of Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, is a male swimmer of the People's Republic of China. He specializes in freestyle. At the 2024 Paris Olympics, he broke the world record in 46.40 seconds and won the freestyle 100-meter gold medal.
On February 11, 2024, Pan Zhanle broke the 100-meter freestyle world record with a time of 46.80 seconds at the 2024 World Swimming Championships, and won the men's 100-meter freestyle gold medal in the final with a time of 47.53 seconds.
On July 31, 2024, Pan Zhanle broke the men's 100-meter freestyle world record with a time of 46.40 seconds at the Paris Olympics and won the gold medal.
