商務經濟產業發展大獎100強頒獎典禮的幕後功神
今日下午參加了新城財經台主辦與香港bni協辦的商務經濟產業發展大獎100強頒獎典禮，大家都專注台前的一切，這是很正常不過的事。
當我轉頭向後望，發現原來有十幾個人默默的做控制和後台的一切，我不懂這樣形容他們的專業，只知道他們是幕後功神。
我有跟一位technician談過，他們原來已經預備了很久，在今天前亦需要彩排，熟習控制聲音和播出的動畫，真是了不起，很謝謝他們在後面的付出，成就了這次第一屆的100強頒獎典禮。
雖然參賽公司需要付幾萬元的參加費，主辦單位都有錢賺，不過，覺得賺錢是應該的，看有這麼的政府官員出席便知道對這個活動的重視。
再一次感謝台後的所有技術人員，謝謝。

The mastermind behind the Top 100 Business Economy and Industry Development Awards Ceremony
This afternoon I participated in the Top 100 Business Economic and Industrial Development Awards Ceremony hosted by Metro Finance and co-organized by Hong Kong bni. It is normal for everyone to focus on everything on the stage.
When I turned my head and looked back, I found that there were more than a dozen people silently doing the control and everything behind the scenes. I don't understand how to describe their professionalism. I only know that they are the masters behind the scenes.
I talked to a technician. They had been preparing for a long time. They also needed to rehearse before today to familiarize themselves with controlling the sound and broadcasting animation. It is really amazing. I am very grateful to them for their hard work later and made this first Top 100 Awards Ceremony possible.
Although participating companies need to pay tens of thousands dollars in participation fees, the organizers will make money, but I feel that making money is reasonable and appropriate. Seeing such government officials attending shows that they attach great importance to this event.
