I saw a health message from an elderly person:
"I am 70 years old this year and have been playing tennis for 47 years. I am taking classes to learn acting and singing, and I am still working. I do not eat out, cook three meals by myself, do not drink coffee or other drinks, only drink boiled water, and do not eat baked, fried or pickled stuffs. As for eating, I don't have three highs at the moment. I usually ride a bicycle and walk briskly. Occasionally I skip dinner or eat some vegetables and white-water eggs. I really have to rely on myself for my health!"
