Which city in the Greater Bay Area has the most Hong Kong people buying properties?

A survey released by Bank of China Hong Kong in early 2023 showed that 46% of respondents were considering buying property in mainland cities in the Greater Bay Area for vacation or retirement. Among them, the most people chose to buy property in Shenzhen, followed by Guangzhou and Zhongshan.
Guangzhou is a big city, Shenzhen is closest to Hong Kong, and Zhongshan is a small and comfortable city. However, Zhongshan has won some city honors from the United Nations and the Chinese government in recent years due to its high urban greening rate, good environmental sanitation, and stable public security. Its achievements in greening, environment, sanitation, urban construction, public security and other aspects are at the forefront of Chinese cities.
