A friend wanted to give me a box of mooncakes

Today, a friend wanted to give me a box of mooncakes. She got it from the company. It was a big mooncake, probably at least six inches in diameter.
I immediately said, no, no, thank you.
I never said I wanted this box of mooncakes before, but she wanted to give it to me after she got it.
Why not?
It's so heavy in terms of calories, but I can still finish this big mooncake.
However, wouldn't it be better or healthier if I didn't eat it?
Mooncakes are really unhealthy, but they are delicious.
This year's mooncake quota has run out.
