- Plant-based Whole Food Diet
- Change to a vegan diet as much as possible, allowing a small amount of fish or eggs
- Remove all processed foods including soda, pasta, biscuits, snacks, pastries, canned food, instant noodles
- You should eat more for those items if you store two more days, it will be rotten.
- You should eat less for those items that will not expire after two years.
- Substantial increase in uncooked plant foods to preserve optimal nutritional value
- Eat more salads and fruits
- Consume a complete plant-based diet, preferably following the GBOMBS vegetarian principles
