以前最期待的是紅豆沙，因為都煲得很好味道，現在仍然有期待。這次沒有失望，都是上等的紅豆沙。
為甚麼酒樓的紅豆沙都這樣好味？因為大火煲，便有這樣的效果，加上他們把紅豆殼都隔走，便更加矜貴。

#紅豆沙 可謂經典的中式湯水，從糖水舖到飲宴，到處都是紅豆沙的踪影。
紅豆入口軟腍，清甜中帶一股果皮香，更可加入蓮子或百合作配料，令味道更豐富。
