北葵涌街市（North Kwai Chung Market）暨北葵涌公共圖書館（North Kwai Chung Public Library）共用同一棟大樓，在香港新界葵涌石蔭路，由區域市政局興建，在1985年啟用；大樓分為上下兩部分，圖書館3至4樓，街市位於地下及2樓，昔日皆由區域市政總署管理，區域市政局及總署一併解散後，分別由康文署及食環署管理。

北葵涌街市外形現在開當然有點兒舊，但設計得很好，很有藝術氣質。裏面有自動電梯，當時應該很先進了，現在亦沒有帶來不方便。街市位置方便，地下就有巴士和小巴站，方便附近的街坊喔。

North Kwai Chung Market and North Kwai Chung Public Library share the same building. It was built by the Regional Council on Shek Yam Road, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong. It was opened in 1985; the building is divided into upper and lower two parts, the 3rd and 4th floors are the library, and the market are located on the ground floor and the 2nd floor. In the past, they were managed by the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department.

The appearance of North Kwai Chung Market is of course a bit old now, but it is well designed and has an artistic temperament. There is an automatic elevator inside, which should be very advanced at that time, and it does not cause inconvenience now. The location of the market is convenient, there are bus and minibus stops on the ground floor, which is convenient for the neighbors nearby.
