[Centre for Health Protection] Remind the public to maintain personal, food and environmental hygiene
1) To prevent food-borne diseases, when eating outside, such as hot pot or barbecue, make sure the food is thoroughly cooked before eating;
2) Use two sets of chopsticks and utensils to handle raw and cooked food separately;
3) Wash hands before eating and after going to the toilet;
4) Do not try to use salt, vinegar, wine and Japanese wasabi to sterilize, because none of them have bactericidal effect.
