Belcher Bay Promenade is located on Shing Sai Road, Kennedy Town, Hong Kong Island. It is the first fully open project implemented by the Harbourfront Affairs Committee with the concept of "Connect first, then optimize". The construction of the Belcher Bay Promenade started in the second half of 2018. According to the traditional construction schedule, the promenade is expected to be open to the public only after 21 months when the project is fully completed.

The entire project consists of a seaside promenade and connected open space, formerly known as the public cargo loading and unloading area, covering an area of about 5,900 square meters. The 172-meter-long seaside promenade is built with boardwalks and is open 24 hours. Citizens can enjoy the west of Victoria Harbor and the sunset sea view, or stay here until the moon comes out at night.

There are pavilions, children's play facilities, and flower beds. There is also a small trolley for children to borrow, sit on it and slide on the flat ground, children will love it.
