If you have seniors at home, please note:
1. Use a straw to drink water and keep your head down when swallowing.

3. Please do not drink liquids while there is still solid food in your mouth, and do not drink while chewing. The water stays in the mouth for too long, and if you are not careful, it will flow into the air pipe and choke.
4. Do not speak or turn your head when you have food or water in your mouth.
Please develop a new habit of drinking fluids. Older people have the same physical strength and stamina as young people. Liquids or food will run into the air pipe. If you cough it out, your face will be flushed, your neck will be thick, your blood pressure will soar, and sometimes choking can be fatal!
