Golden enoki mushroom

Today, I saw that the store sells golden enoki mushrooms, so I bought and tried them.
The upper part of the stipe is light, white to light yellow, and the lower part is dark, golden to dark brown mushrooms, called golden enoki mushroom.
The shelf life of golden enoki mushrooms is very short, and they will become soft and darker in two days at room temperature.
Nutritionally, it is not much different from Enoki mushroom. Enoki mushroom is a high-potassium and low-sodium ingredient, known as the gold of the human brain. It has the functions of enhancing immunity, and lowering blood lipid and blood sugar.
It can be used for boiled noodles, fried noodles, and scrambled eggs.
