I often see some people write "This food is rich in protein and amino acids"

Now some people write health-related articles and introduce food, and when it comes to nutrition, they will write, "This food is rich in protein and amino acids", oh no! You do interviews, you are reporters or editors, have you checked what is protein and what is amino acid? Amino acids are the basic molecules that make up proteins.

If you are arguing, you can write "This food is rich in protein and amino acids, carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, sulphur, phosphorus, etc...". Would this make the food more fulfilling?
Some people who don't study biochemistry can find out what the difference is between them. It's not like translating words, people write and you write, and people copy and you copy.

The sentence "This food is rich in protein and amino acids" can be changed to "This food is rich in protein" or "This food is rich in amino acids". Not using both names makes the food more nutritious and makes you more professional. This will only show your ignorance, your unprofessionalism, and your reports are copied.
