My mobile is using the network offered by China Mobile, and I find that the reception in many places is not good, or even cannot receive any signals, so I complained and told the few places where the reception was very poor. I asked them to reply to me by phone, and they really did follow up to reply to me.
However, recently, the areas that used to be problematic and the locations that received bad reception have all improved, and they have really done something. This is really more than a compliment.
