位於彌敦道190號的洋樓近日面臨拆卸風波，有保育團體希望爭取改列為一級歷史建築，古諮會早前曾召開會議，討論彌敦道190號的建築物應否升格為一級歷史建築，而最新文件則顯示，該建築物的待通過擬議評級為二級，該洋樓建於1932至1933年，為商業類型，業權由私人擁有。

古物諮詢委員會資料顯示，彌敦道190號洋樓於1932至1933年間建成，目前為私人擁有。
洋樓坐落柯士甸道與彌敦道交界，為四層高騎樓式建築。
其外部設計受裝飾藝術風格和新古典主義風格影響，唐樓中較為罕見。
洋樓昔日業主曾在地下開設「永青餐室」，英軍水手以至日佔時期日軍都曾光顧，亦有地下抵抗組織在樓宇單位收集情報紀錄。

According to the Antiquities Advisory Committee, the Western-style building at 190 Nathan Road was built between 1932 and 1933 and is currently privately owned.

Located at the intersection of Austin Road and Nathan Road, the four-story shophouse-style building is unique in its exterior design, which is influenced by Art Deco and Neoclassical styles and is relatively rare among tenement buildings.

The building's former owner operated the "Wing Ching Restaurant" on the ground floor, which was frequented by British sailors and even Japanese soldiers during the Japanese occupation. Underground resistance organizations also used the building's units to collect intelligence records.
